The room is unfurnished and has 1 large interior window, it's large and can easily fit a king bed, 2 nightstands, and a large dresser with plenty of space to spare. A/C unit already installed (for $50 fee). There is a decent sized closet in the room.

First month and a security deposit will be required, plus a $75 credit check fee. Heat and hot water included in the rent.

The apartment is conveniently located 1 block from the 1/2/3 1 block from the B/C. Only a 20 minute commute to Midtown. There are lots of great restaurants and shopping - close to Trader Joes and Fairway. Green market and flea market every weekend just a few blocks away. Also, you are walking distance to Central Park, Natural History Museum, Lincoln Center, Columbus Circle and Riverside Park.
