The studio is south facing and has large windows covering one side of the room. The living area is perfectly square shaped and very easy to design / decorate into two separate areas for sleeping and living room. I have lived there for over 4 years and absolutely love the location and apartment itself. The apartment is on 7th floor, and window faces side street, so you would not get street noise.
