You will be signing a new lease with the landlord for $2020/month. You will need to make at least 40x rent, have good credit, and be able to provide all required documents (e.g., bank statements, pay stubs, tax return)

• 3 large windows facing south for plenty of sunlight

• 2/3 train is 7 minute walk away on 116th
• A/B/C/D train is 10 minute walk away on 125th.
• Metro North station is 15 minute walk away on 125th.
