It's very sunny, airy, and spacious studio in a quiet neighborhood. The landlord is always responsive (within 24 hours of emails/texts), and other tenants are friendly and respectful. You will be signing a new lease with the landlord for $2020/month. You will need to make at least 40x rent, have good credit, and be able to provide all required documents (e.g., bank statements, pay stubs, tax return)

- 2nd floor of a 4 story walk-up
- 3 large windows facing south for plenty of sunlight
- Includes a window AC unit and radiator
- Studio will come unfurnished (but has fridge, oven, and microwave).
- Although there is no laundry unit in the building, there are plenty of laundromats right around the block

- Located in Harlem on W 120th St. between 7th and Lenox
- There are only 4 units (including our studio) in the building rented by families and working professionals
- Near WholeFoods, local grocery markets, Planet Fitness, various cafes and restaurants, and Starbucks (all within 5-10 min walking distance)
- 2/3 train is 7 minute walk away on 116th
- A/B/C/D train is 10 minute walk away on 125th.
- Metro North station is 15 minute walk away on 125th.
