Hi I'm looking for someone to take my room in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment.

It is lovely and cozy bedroom for $810 a month. There's one large window facing the street and plenty of closet space. The apartment was gut renovated two years ago. It is fully furnished as you can see from the photos, but your room will be empty. You'll share the living room and kitchen with two other people, and the bathroom with one other person. Laundry in building! Street parking.

Location: Prime Bushwick area just a few blocks from the Wilson L, Chauncey J, B20 bus (right outside), B 26, and B 60. Very bikeable area too- I bike all the time. Restaurants and bars close by, but our apartment is on a nice quiet block.

The other roommates, are a student in his 20s and a hairstylist in her 30s. One of them is almost never home and the other is super easy going. Both are respectful and share chores evenly. There is one shy cat in the apartment, that I almost never saw.

Utilities not included. You will need to stay 4 months until the lease expires in September and pay one month's rent as deposit ($810) and a month's rent ($810) to move in. Pets okay, smokers okay!
