The unfurnished bedroom is 12 x 11 with a large double-door closet and two huge windows that look out of the back of the property so you don't hear any street traffic when you're trying to sleep in on the weekends. The unit has two bathrooms, so you will have your own private bathroom off the kitchen. All units in the building have a video buzzer entry system and access to the roof with views of the entire Manhattan skyline.

Current roommate is a mid-20s young professional working in Brooklyn. Added bonus: he has a super-chill cocker spaniel named Otis that never barks and doesn't shed (see photos of dog on couch).

Commuting from the apartment is a breeze as you're less than 3 minutes away from the Greenpoint G stop. Take it north to Court Square to connect into Mid-town or south to connect to the L for East Village or A/C for Lower Manhattan. Not that you would ever need to go into the city because new critically acclaimed restaurants and bars are opening every week. What's not to like? Big city feel with the walkable, classic charm of Brooklyn.
