We are two 23 year old females. Clean and peaceful but also into nightlife and having friends over to hang out. Moderate noise level. Both of us are artists, one of us is a creative director and the other is a writer and works in the restaurant industry. Flexible about a sublet, but prefer someone who wants to be on the lease.
