What do you love about this place?
1. The best price around this area!
2. Close to subways Q/F/N/R/W/4/5/6 trains.
3. Very spacious for a flex 2bedroom, almost as large as a true 2 bedroom. The living room already built a nice wall for a separate room, still, leave a large common space. Large closet and storage in the apartment.
4. Nice building with great amenities. Doorman/elevator/gym.
5. Great neighborhood, restaurant/stores/park..etc

What isn't so great about this place?
1. The price is 3700 if the renters want to renew the lease.
2. Only come with simple furniture.
3. It's not a full wall in the living room, so not fully soundproof. But this shouldn't be a problem if you are living with your partner​ or friends.
