The apartment is on the top (4th) floor and rear of the building, so its pretty quiet and gets a lot of light.

My girlfriend and I lived here comfortably together for 5 years. Rent increases were minor year to year. We loved it and will miss it!

The lease ends 9/30/18, however you would be able to renew for another 12 month lease afterwards (at the landlord's discretion).
