I'm transferring the lease for my luxury studio apartment in PLG, move-in date December 1. I have loved this apartment so so much, but it's just not financial viable for me anymore. The building is 24 floors, and the apartment is on the 20th floor, so it has an incredible view of Brooklyn towards the east. Amenities include a great gym, yoga studio, lounge, outdoor terrace, rooftop terrace with grills, movie theater, and really nice and helpful building staff. It's pet-friendly, dogs or cats. Apartment has laundry in-unit, garbage disposal, and central air.
