I am looking for a female roommate to take over my room, starting August 1. Also open to subletting for a month (Aug - Sept)

The apartment is in a beautiful and peaceful neighbourhood with lots of cafes, bars and shops close by. It is a few minutes walk to the G line (Classon Ave stop) and/or A, C, E line (Clinton-Washington stop).

Also very close to Fort Greene and Bed Stuy and everything these neighborhoods have to offer.

Approx. 30 min walk to Prospect Park.

New building with amenities like air conditioner, washing machine/ dryer in the unit, microwave, dishwasher and oven.

The room is sunny and spacious, fits a queen size bed, desk and chest of drawers. Also has a large built in wardrobe and shelves on the walls for extra storage.

This is also a great option for students going to Pratt Institute, which is only a few blocks away!
NYU and The New School are 20-30 mins by train.

Current flatmates are great to live with. Both are working professionals and have busy schedules. All of us are easy going, respectful of each other's space and also equally contribute to keeping the apartment clean.
