My sister and I are leaving out beautiful 2BR apartment June 1st. We are looking to transfer our lease (through August 2018). The apartment is very large and comfortable with water views, extra closet space, and an eat in kitchen. It is part of Peter Cooper Village which is a very friendly community, conveniently located in Gramercy and very well maintained.

Our unit is approx 1000 sq ft, located on the 8th floor.

All utilities are included in the rent, however they may raise the rent up to 20% with the lease transfer. We will only find out once we submit an application. The rate will be whatever the current 2BR rate is in stuy town at the time of application.
