I am going to business school this fall so I’m excited to pass my apartment on to a lucky young professional or couple. The lease is from August 1st through May 31st. The Super is the nicest I've ever met, very accommodative.

A/C/Heat controlled in-unit, dishwasher, tons of storage/closet space, alcove area is large enough with plenty of space for queen bed and dresser. Unit has large window facing private backyard area, very quiet.

Short walk to awesome bars/restaurants like Cookshop, The Park, Bathtub Gin, Chelsea Market, running along the westside highway, 5 mins from the High Line, Dream Hotel, Tao. Quiet area, close to Whole Foods, Equinox gym.
