Amazing 1 bedroom apartment for rent! My wife and I have lived in the apartment for two years but unfortunately have to move on.

Apartment is located at the nexus of Bed-Stuy, Crown Heights, and Clinton Hill. The apartment is 50 yards from the C train and the shuttle at the Franklin avenue stop. 15 minute walk to G train at Classon/Bedford-Nostrand (stops are basically equidistant). Short walk to bars, restaurants, coffee shops on Franklin avenue and Bedford avenue. Great grocery store one block away, laundry on the same block, and the Greene-Hill Food coop is 10 minute walk away.

Apartment has one spacious bedroom and open kitchen/living room format. Sunny 4'x4' balcony on the back side of the building (so it's very quiet! I studied for the bar exam all summer), with enough space for a patio table and chairs and plants. Heat/hot water has been included for us. Landlord is friendly and lives in the building and is very responsive to questions and concerns.

Don't miss out on this place. Once more condos go up the neighborhood is going to be super unaffordable.
