Hi! Available June 1st: I have a super sunny, spacious, and high ceiling’d room available in my true 2bedroom place on the Lower East Side of Manhattan. I'm looking to find the perfect person to share it with me: no couples or multiple people, please.
The apt is fully furnished, and the room available has a comfy full-sized bed in the loft space. The photo shows a bed to show the size of the room, but currently the bed is in the loft.
The apt is only two blocks from the subway, the F, M,J,Z lines which makes getting all over town very fast- downtown or UES or UWS in less than a half hour. Before Covid19 the nitelife was bustling and the restaurants are colorful and cater to every palate.
A little about me- I'm a pilates teacher. I enjoy biking in the summer and snowsports in the winter. Please note: I have a sweet cat who will melt your heart.
The apt’s amenities include a/c, a bike storage room, high ceilings, fully stocked yet small kitchenette, hardwood floors, and the fastest wi-fi available. The bathroom has a full tub and great water pressure. Also, we are on the ground floor, so no trudging up 5 flights of stairs! There's a tailor & dry cleaner next store, and laundromat around the corner. There's also a park and a brand new Essex Market, Trader Joe’s, and a Target in close proximity.

Utilities and wifi are not included and shared evenly.

Ideally I’m looking for someone long term, but will consider short term (for the summer).
