The apt fits a Queen Size Bed, dresser, and I also have a tufted chair and a few tables. Full size fridge and stove, and a large bathroom. I have provided pictures of some shelves I built to offer more space for storage. There is no laundry on site, however, there is an amazing laundry drop off service (Green Gate Cleaners) across the street, or you could wash your own at Zip Laundry which is only three blocks away. If you would like any additional images, I'm happy to provide! I am very clean, so the apt is immaculate.

The LES is a booming neighborhood with lots of amazing restaurants and bars-- Apt is located on Orchard & Houston street.
