Beautiful 1BR apartment in the UES. The apartment is on a quiet, tree-lined street - within 3 blocks of multiple grocery stores, Starbucks & other coffee shops, and a Duane Reade. It's a 5-minute walk to the new 86th St Q stop and a 10 min walk to 4/5/6. The apartment is on the second floor, so I usually take the stairs, but there's an elevator in the building that is helpful when moving! There's laundry in the building as well.
