Seeking a reliable and clean individual or couple to take over this quiet and peaceful, 2-bedroom apartment for a while. You'll have only one bedroom-- the other bedroom/study is filled with storage for a few months while I travel, although I may arrange in advance a few times to pick stuff up; the place will otherwise be all to yourself. $1800 includes all utilities including internet. Currently, it's available for 3-6 months.

The bedroom currently has a king-sized futon. There are south-facing windows that overlook a community garden. Right now, the heat works great. In the spring, it's a perfect breeze. In the summer, I've got airconditioning units for you.

The rest of the apartment has east-facing windows and is extremely functional but not large. The dining table can seat 10 people when open fully (great for work if you need to lay out stuff), there's a twin sofa bed, an HD short-throw projector for watching movies with surround speakers and blueray player, a dishwasher, gas stove/microwave/toaster. A closet to hang 3 bikes (or whatever you want). Whatever furnishings you feel you don't need, we can put into storage.

The apartment is a few blocks from L/G at Lorimer Metropolitan and the JMZ at Hewes. 4th floor walkup.
