I'm relocating to LA for work & I'm the current tenant at a gut renovated apartment that has never been lived in! The apartment is available for immediate move-in & if you chose to move in this month there would be no rent payment for February. In coordination with the landlord we're looking for a new tenant to take over the lease which runs through April 30th, 2018 (14 months). My new employer is willing to pay $400 towards rent every month upfront ($400 x 14 months, so $5,600 in total) to the new tenant as part of my relocation package. The new tenant can put that towards security deposit & 1st months rent, the 1st 2 months rent, or spread it out over the course of the lease, its completely up to you. So the apartment's rent is actually $2,995, but you would only be paying $2,595 per month because of my relocation situation (the rent would actually be even less if you moved in this month considering that I have already paid for February and wouldn't ask you to pay rent for this month). The apartment is a gut renovated studio in elevator building in Gramercy on 1 of the most famous streets in NY, Irving Place, across the street from Michelin Star rated restaurant, 3 blocks south of Gramercy Park and 2 blocks north of Union Square station.
