So the apartment's rent is actually $2,995, but you would only be paying $2,595 per month because of my relocation situation (the rent would actually be even less if you moved in this month considering that I have already paid for February and wouldn't ask you to pay rent for this month). The apartment is a gut renovated studio in elevator building in Gramercy on 1 of the most famous streets in NY, Irving Place, across the street from Michelin Star rated restaurant, 3 blocks south of Gramercy Park and 2 blocks north of Union Square station.
