This is a massive 1 bedroom between Avenues B and C on East 6th Street, 1 block south of Thompson Square Park. I know everyone says this but its quite a good deal. There is a bedroom, a large walk in closet, and a separate living room / kitchen area that would itself be bigger than some studios in New York.

The floors were recently done and I think the oven is new. There is no dishwasher or laundry which is the only real drawback. Both the living room and the bedroom get a ton of natural light. The kitchen is quite large and has a ton of counter space.

I am looking for someone to take over the lease as soon as possible as I am leaving the city. I was recently laid off and want to try a new city out. If interested I can send you a video as well. The building is a coop and this is the only rented apartment, so you will have to pass an interview but in my experience it was very laid back.
