The outdoor space is secluded (I hang my hammock out there to read). The apartment is on the ground floor at the rear of the tenement building (no stairs!). Two exposed brick walls. Stovetop + built in microwave. The neighborhood is diverse with lots of great local restaurants; I'm actually staying in the same neighborhood.

I'm only moving for family reasons. The apartment is available March 25th. Landlord is aware and has sanctioned finding a replacement to carry out the remainder of the lease through October.
