I am looking for someone to take over my lease on a spacious studio apartment located in Normandie Court (95th and Third Avenue). I would like to move out around April 1, but I am flexible and can do earlier or later to accommodate the new tenant. You would be taking over my lease, which ends June 30th, with an option to renew the lease at that point. The rent usually goes up about $50.

It is a great apartment and I have loved living in it. The apartment is roughly 600 square feet, has a large amount of closet space (2 full closets and a walk-in closet), recently renovated with stainless steel appliances, ample light and a smart layout.
