We are the current tenants relocating out of the city but have enjoyed living here for 18 years. We have been very happy with our apartment, which includes lovely neighbors in the building and in a great neighborhood that includes great parks and elementary schools. It is one of the nicest elevator buildings in the area with laundry in the basement, 3 washers, and 2 dryers. The apartment does not come furnished.
