Seeking a male/female roommate who is clean and considerate. The 4th floor apartment is gorgeous and a really great overall deal for everything you're getting. The bedroom is 8 x 10 and fully furnished, ready to move in (flexible). It has large windows and a personal balcony, with an incredible view of Manhattan from 1WTC downtown to the Chrysler building. The kitchen and living room are huge and fully furnished - large leather couch, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, in unit washer/dryer. Includes access to the building's gym, roof, and pool room. Xbox One, N64, Netflix all ready to go. Everything you need is only blocks away - grocery store, pharmacy, convenience stores, etc. Lots of great bars and restaurants in very close walking distance.

You'll be living with a young male professional in his mid 20s who travels outside of the country about 8 to 10 days per month. Friday poker night, happy hour, grabbing drinks welcome but not looking to take the party home. No hard drugs or smokers in the apartment. No couples or pets.

Rent is $1495 + ½ of electric/utilities (typically $100 - $150). This is exactly what I've paid.

Moving in requires a security deposit ($1495) + 1 months rent ($1495).
