I am looking for someone to rent my LES studio. I recently accepted a job, which is relocating me to the Albany NY area. The apt fits a Queen Size Bed, dresser, and I also have a tufted chair and a few tables. Full size fridge and stove, and a large bathroom. I have provided pictures of some shelves I built to offer more space for storage. There is no laundry on site, however, there is an amazing laundry drop off service (Green Gate Cleaners) across the street, or you could wash your own at Zip Laundry which is only three blocks away. If you would like any additional images, I'm happy to provide! I am very clean, so the apt is immaculate.

The LES is a booming neighborhood with lots of amazing restaurants and bars-- Apt is located on Orchard & Houston street.

The company that owns my apt building is open to lease assignment OR a new lease. Either option you would need to have a guarantor if you do not make 80x the rent ($1990/month). If you do not have someone to guarantor, they work with an amazing company, Insurent who I had guarantee me 4 years ago when I first rented this apt.

If you were to choose the lease assignment, you would be able to stay in the apt from May-Sept 30th when my lease is up. At the end, you can stay and sign a new lease or move out. With the new lease, you would be able to choose your own terms. They offer 1 & 2 year leases.
