What do you love about this place?
The location is amazing! I am a few minutes away from a lot of subway stations. The washer and dryer in-unit is amazing. Great concierge service that handles packages, deliveries and guests coming in. Amenities in the building is amazing and accomodating for pet owners. The unit itself is very clean and high-end.

What isn’t so great about this place?
If you don't like dogs, the place might not be so great as majority of tenants own a pet.
