• Near FDR highway so to get anywhere on the East side is easy
• Neighborhood is safe and well-lit; there's always people out and I've walked home alone at night frequently.

• Ample closet space (two large closets, rare in NYC)
• Only one neighboring unit
• Marble bathroom
• Sizable "Z" entryway (if you want a full-size fridge, the building can put it here).
• You can fit a queen or king bed, sofa, table and dresser in the studio apartment.

There's no broker fee since you would be taking over my lease. You pay $100 for the application fee/ credit check.

You're responsible for only electricity and cable/internet. I paid $40 for Con Ed and $95 for RCN last month. No pets allowed.
