The bathroom has a full bathtub and plenty of storage space. Kitchen is a full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, gas stove, massive counter and cabinet space. Dining / living room is combined with a nice view out of the window to the East River. At the end of the living area is a well-sized balcony, where we fit in two bistro table sets and plenty of urban gardening. The plants love this lighting!

Apartment is on the 23rd floor with amazing views of East River / downtown / great southern-facing exposure. All within walking distance to Museum Mile, Harlem, Upper West Side, one block to the 2/3 and a five min walk to the 6 train.
