1 bedroom is available in a 3 bedroom. It is technically a 1.5 bedroom with a smaller room that can be used as a huge closet or office. Our roommate left us high and dry and we are looking for another new roomie. We are 2 professionals in our late 20’s, NON-SMOKING female and creative. The apartment is on the second floor of a private house, gets tons of natural light, hardwood nice floors, spacious and clean. Huge balcony! The room is not furnished and our roomie has taken the living room furniture, but we have been looking for new furniture or a roomie with some living room furniture. Small pets are allowed but the landlord will need to approve them first. We are across the street from Astoria Park, a short walk to the bus Q69 and a short walk to the train N/W - Newly renovated station! The lease ends this fall but if it works out you can hopefully new the lease with us!
