Looking for someone to **lease a very large room in our 2 floor apartment.

The room is very large. It is 10ft x14ft (140 sq ft)
You can fit a king size bed and still have plenty of room for everything else. It is very hard to find large rooms in the area.

On this floor, there is a bathroom, a living room, another occupied bedroom, and a door that goes into the backyard.

On the top floor there are 3 bedrooms where myself and my 2 other roommates live. I am a model/blogger, the other girl is a model and the guy is a graphic designer.

We are mostly never home so you will have plenty of space to use the upstairs kitchen, dinning room, and upstairs bathroom when you want to.

We don't own any pets but aren't opposed to them. We don't have food restrictions or use drugs, rarely drink but are totally 420-friendly and fine with alcohol around.

**We have a backyard with a patio along w/ rooftop access.

We are looking for a responsible and cool person to live with us.
We are all very nice, quiet, respectable,friendly, young and always on the go, generally don't have guests over but don't mind them.

- Off L/M/J trains Myrtle/Wykoff stop
- 15 mins to Manhattan
- Major grocery store, laundromat, deli's, pharmacy, Starbucks, trendy bars and restaurants within 5 mins walking distance
