It's a 2nd floor walkup (4 units total) at Halsey St & Marcy Ave, around the corner from the Nostrand A/C, 15 minute walk from the G at Bedford-Nostrand. Really great neighborhood, tons of shops, Foodtown, Walgreens, restaurants, bars, cafés, pretty much anything you need is within walking distance.

Both bedrooms are big and on opposite sides of the apt! 1 bedroom is Queen sized with a closet.

The 2nd bedroom is HUGE, in the front of the building and it can fit up to a king size bed if you wanted, with space for dresser, desk etc with a huge walk-in closet/storage space that is currently used as a painting room as well.

Very big living space, that's able to fit a 3 person couch, a recliner, coffee table, tv, pantry, storage.

This apt has a HUGE private deck off of the kitchen which has been AMAZING. The apt itself is nice but this is the selling point. Can fit parties of up to 20 people, BBQing and hanging out. It's also a wonderful place to have a morning cup of coffee and just enjoy the fresh air whenever you want. We have tons of plants and flowers growing and you could easily grow vegetables if you wanted.
