I am moving out of the area so I am looking for someone to take over my lease that ends September 28. There will be an option to renew at the end of the lease.

The building has 24 security and doormen as well as many amenities including a; pool, lounge, park, gym, huge outdoor space, and BBQ area. It is also conveniently located right next to a Whole Foods.
