This apartment is in a great location for students or anyone who works in NYC as every line is no more than a 5 minute walk (the 1,2,3, F, L, A, E is on this street).

The apartment living room is spacious and fully furnished. The kitchen is updated, has all the kitchen ware necessary for cooking-- from pots to blender-- and also possesses a lot of storage space. There is a huge closet in the foyer for extra space and laundry in the building. The bedroom available is huge and has an en suite walk-in closet. Additionally you get your own updated full bathroom. This duplex apartment, its great amenities, is on the ground floor and the bedrooms are downstairs ergo windowless, (I have faux LED windows that mimic light IRT).
