• Modern appliances with dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric stove, and built in fridge
• Recently renovated bathroom
• 420 square feet of space

The building features:

• Elevator
• 24/7 doorman
• Laundry in basement
• Outdoor garden space
• Right next to the 1 and C/E trains

Logistics:

• I can leave the apartment furnished with a bed, futon, coffee table, and closet if helpful.
• You will need to apply through management and make at least 40x rent to qualify
• The elevator will be undergoing repair for the first month, so happy to offer some rent concession for that month
