- Modern appliances with dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric stove, and built in fridge
- Recently renovated bathroom
- 420 square feet of space

The building features:
- Elevator
- 24/7 doorman
- Laundry in basement
- Outdoor garden space
- Right next to the 1 and C/E trains

Logistics:
- I can leave the apartment furnished with a bed, futon, coffee table, and closet if helpful.
- You will need to apply through management and make at least 40x rent to qualify
- The elevator will be undergoing repair for the first month, so happy to offer some rent concession for that month
