My studio is available to sublet this October 15, 2019 until November 30, 2019 with option to apply to take over lease. The apartment is on the first floor and in the back of the building, which ensures quiet and privacy.

Prospect Park is only a few blocks away as well as the subway stations. Grocery stores and laundromats are within blocks from my apartment. It's a very family-oriented and safe neighborhood. Across the street are beautiful victorian houses to admire. Bars and restaurants line Flatbush Ave, which is only a block away from my apartment.
