Private bedroom available in spacious over 1,100 sq. ft apartment. The apartment has a nice living room and dining area, with a dishwasher and laundry washer/dryer in unit. There is also a private entrance and outdoor space for tenants in the apartment. 

The apartment is surrounded by many restaurants such as FUMO, ROKC and is only 5 minutes walk to the 1 train and 10 walk to the A, B,C,D train. 

There are 2 roommates in the apartment who are both mid 20s males. One is is about to graduate from grad school in Columbia and the other is a software engineer. All we are looking for in a roommate is a respectful and easygoing person. We will split all utilities and common supplies ( toilet papers, paper towels) 1/3 ways.
