The apartment is located at 78 Riverside Drive (crossing 80th street), right in front of the park and is fairly big for NY standards (see floorplan and picture attached):
• Living room is large and filled with light from 3 huge windows, directly facing riverside park
• Fits sectional Sofa bed, TV unit, 2 large storage units and round table right in front of the windows
• Kitchen has a pass-through with space for 3 bar stools, and dishwasher
• Bedroom currently fit comfortably a queen bed, a crib, 3 large dressers and a closet
• Building has storage (we are renting a cage in the basement) and laundry. No elevator
• Hot Water + Heating included in the rent

Current rent is $3,325 + $100 for the storage cage, landlord is open to 1 or 2 year leases – we can leave some furniture behind
