Large windows - lots of sunlight! Washer/dryer in the unit, 24/7 concierge, rooftop pool/BBQs, courtyard, lounge/library with billiards table, gym, basketball court, golf simulation, game room, bike storage, parking garage, GREAT pet policy. N & W Subway lines within 300 feet of building. Plenty of restaurants/bars in the neighborhood. I would not move if I didn't have to.
