The place has two real bedrooms on opposite ends of the apartment. The bathroom has a shower with small tub that I've taken many baths in. And the kitchen is actually really nice for an apartment of this size (I'm a former food writer, so that was important to me!). Small living room area next to the kitchen. There are several nice built-in closets and storage areas. Landlord is good and the super comes over right away if you need anything fixed.

The location is really amazing! Walking distance to a gazillion great restaurants, bars, cafes, to other cool neighborhoods. The Williamsburg Bridge is right there, so you can across it, or go over to the East River path. The J/M/Z at Essex-Delancey is just a couple of blocks away.
