- Opt-in and opt-out status
- Date and time of messages sent and received

4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You may receive messages in response to your inquiries. We will not send more than 5 messages per month unless you initiate additional conversation.
5. Opt-Out
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.
8. Data Retention
We retain your phone number and messaging history for as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. If you opt out, we will retain your number only to honor your opt-out request.
9. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
