By providing your phone number to Padspin, initiating a text message conversation with us, or having your phone number publicly listed on rental platforms (such as Zillow, StreetEasy, or Apartments.com) in connection with a rental listing, you consent to receive SMS messages from Padspin related to rental property services.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services. You may receive:

- Initial outreach regarding your publicly listed rental property

Padspin and mobile carriers are not liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages, as delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
